Rapid Response Times - Most service issues can be resolved by telephone. Service technicians can be at a facility anywhere in the continental United States within 24 hours, depending upon the priority level of the Service Contract purchased and the requirement of the service ticket.
Modular Designs - This allows CRAIC engineers to rapidly repair CRAIC systems and get them back on-line.
Preventative Maintenance - Preventative maintenance visits can be scheduled. A CRAIC qualified engineer will inspect the microspectrometer, clean the system and realign the optics.
